Reason For Joining

I have known of the group for a while, I could not say for sure where my first point of reference would be. Perhaps emails from HMS Beagle (which I first found a while back while looking for electromagnets) I knew of the group before, but was reminded at the Maker Fair this year.

But the event that led to my wanting to sign up was Saturday at the HMS Beagle's Arduino workshop.

Im going mad through idleness and solitude. I started out as an electrical engineering major in college but fell to the phantom of a career in computer science, which worked out OK in the end as far as a job goes. But I am not fulfilled.

If it is not too late, I would like to join in the Power Supply build, and DEFINITELY am interested in the desktop tesla coil!
