The morning started off a little cool and breezy. The crowd of kids and adults were having fun launching rockets. By the afternoon the crowd had thinned some.

Make:KC was invited to set up a table at this years event. Jason O'Reilly brought his triple wheel Wimshurst machine. With the cool dry air this machine was creating some powerful sparks. People would come over to see what was making so much noise and wanted to turn the crank too. Jason brought his Most Useless Machine too which was another favorite.
