You might want to look through our previous Java Summer Workshop to see if anything there looks interesting, especially the Alice movie submissions and so forth, anything you'd like to cover in a future meeting would be great input from you.  We'll try to have a Scratch track and a Greenfoot track at least for students who want to do either drag  and drop blocks projects or coding projects.
